Som led til B-EM som starter på torsdag i Bulgarien har holdet her i weekenden spillet 2 kampe mod Holland.
Denmark used a very balanced attack and a more concentrated effort on the offensive end of the floor at the start of the game and that effort could be seen on the scoreboard with Denmark leading 20-8 after the 1st quarter and 34-17 at halftime.
At the start of the 3rd quarter Holland was the better team cutting the danish lead down to 12, and with Denmark struggling in its half court execution, the game looked to be getting close.
However with a more concentrated effort the last five minutes of the third and thru the 4th, Denmark was able to win game 2 comfortably 65-45.

Soren Døssing and Philip Hertz were leading scorers with 10 points each. Esben Reinholt added 8, while Alexander Birketoft Soren Olsen and Anders Haas contributed 6 each. Sami had 5, Bigum 4, Gyamfi 4, Haddad 3, Levene 2, and Rungby rounded out the scoring list with 1.
Denmarks next game is Friday in Bulgaria at this summers EM against Belarus
Denmark won the first of two test games against Holland, 57-48.
Denmark got off to a rather slow start and was trailing 11-16 after the first quarter and 13-22 early in the second. But from there things changed. Denmark changed defenses often and were able to keep Holland off balance and away from the basket. The result, 27-26 halftime lead for Denmark.
The third quarter was much better for Denmark as they were able to continue to keep Holland off balance and at the same time able to get some easy baskets of their own. The result, a fifteen point lead early in the 4th, 52-37.
A good win despite not shooting well. However Denmark will have to shoot much better from the field and be much sharper in executing on both ends of the court, if it is going to have any hope of reaching the quarter finals in this years European championship.
Leading scores for Denmark were Esben Reinholt 10, Philip Hertz 8, Frederik Rungby 8, Alexander Birketoft 7, Sami Eleracky 6, Dennis Levene and Soren Døssing 5, Soren Olsen 4, Anders Haas and Yaw Gyamfi each had 2.
Kamp 2 spilles søndag formiddag.
